After fruiting, the cluster is shed and only the branching remains. Looking at the tree from below, therefore, you can see a branching architecture that reflects its entire chronology, from first flowering of the young, single-stemmed tree to the multi-branched, heavy-crowned, century-old specimen we have today.,
