Woodman hall was built in 1902 as a large white two-story building and serves as a landmark in many early town photos. The second story was removed in the 1960s or 1970s, but the structure continues to serve as the American Legion Hall. The Legion, established to honor our military veterans, maintains our local cemetery and provides their facility for use throughout the year for large gatherings.
Museum displays include uniforms, letters, awards, and a variety of WWI, WWII, and lorean War psotcards and magazines from Granite Falls veterans.
